Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized.


Dispatch:

At LaDidier Jewelry, our goal is to offer reliable and efficient shipping services across the United States. We are committed to delivering a smooth and timely shipping experience for every customer.

Once your order is placed, you will be notified with updates regarding your order status and shipping progress. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery.


Processing Times & Delivery Times:

Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Costs:

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders $0.00 – $69.99: $8.00 shipping fee
  • Orders $70.00 and above: Free shipping
  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Express Shipping:

  • Flat-rate fee: $15.00
  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email along with a link so you can follow your package online.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Additional Shipping Information:

Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees.

Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Marked as Delivered:
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
Orders returned to us may be subject to return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Split Shipments:
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
