Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including:
- Jewelry boxes
- Pouches
- Tags
- Protective materials
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Return Timeframes
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
- Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days
Returns requested or shipped outside these timeframes will not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees are charged on any approved return
Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, a free return label will be provided.
Refunds for defective or incorrect items are issued after inspection of the returned product.
Lost or Stolen Returns
We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. Please retain your tracking number until the return process is complete.
